The Waterspeak Scuba offers a wide range of PADI scuba diving courses catering for complete beginners up to a professional level. Start your PADI certification at our dive center in Koh Samui, Thailand where we conduct training dives in our onsite pools before moving on to your first ocean dives.

OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE
The Open Water Diver course at Waterspeak Scuba in Koh Samui, Thailand, is the most popular way to start your diving journey. This 3-day beginner-level course combines online dive theory, confined water training in the pool, and four exciting Open Water dives around Koh Samui.
Upon completion, you'll be certified to dive with a buddy to a maximum depth of 18 meters—anywhere in the world.
For Junior Open Water Divers Depth Limits:
Ages 12–14: up to 18 meters
Ages 10–11: up to 12 meters
Prerequisites:
Be at least 10 years old (for Junior Open Water Diver)
Be in good physical health and comfortable in the water
Be able to swim 200m and float for 10mins

ADVANCED OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE
Take your diving skills to the next level with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at Waterspeak Scuba in Koh Samui, Thailand. This 2-day course is all about exploration and experience—no final exam, just learning by doing. You’ll complete five exciting adventure dives at various dive sites, including a deep dive (up to 30 meters), an underwater navigation dive, and three additional dives of your choice. Boost your confidence, refine your skills, and discover new types of diving—all under the guidance of our experienced PADI instructors. Once certified, you’ll be qualified to dive up to a maximum depth of 30 meters anywhere in the world.
Prerequisites:
Be a certified PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent)
Be at least 12 years old (for Junior Advanced Open Water Diver)
Be in good physical health

RESCUE DIVER COURSE
Build confidence and learn how to prevent and manage problems in the water with the PADI Rescue Diver course at Waterspeak Scuba in Koh Samui, Thailand. This challenging and rewarding 2-day course teaches you to look beyond yourself and care for other divers. You’ll practice handling real-life scenarios like panicked divers, tired divers, and underwater emergencies—all under expert supervision.
Prerequisites:
Be at least 12 years old
Be in good physical health
Emergency First Response (EFR) training within the last 24 months

DIVEMASTER COURSE
The PADI Divemaster course with Waterspeak Scuba in Koh Samui, Thailand, is your first step into the world of professional diving. This comprehensive program develops your leadership abilities, dive theory knowledge, and practical skills, preparing you to supervise dive activities and assist instructors with student divers.
You’ll gain hands-on experience through classroom sessions, confined and open water exercises, and real-world dive operations with our experienced team.
Prerequisites:
Minimum age: 18 years
Rescue Diver certification
40 logged dives to start / 60 to complete
EFR training within the last 24 months
Medically fit for diving
